  Yesterday I dropped my dog after a long time for grooming. Until the drop off there was nothing wrong however, when I dropped my dog, girl who took over my dog said It would take couple of hours and the time was 9.30am. I have confirmed what type of grooming I need as well as my mobile number for them to call me when grooming was done. I did not receive any call from them until 1.15pm. I got worried and I made the call. Then girl on the phone said my dog was ready go. Obviously they finished grooming(if any) and they put her in the cage. I totally got furious with the team about it cuz I have not even given a call or left msg at all. When I got there I have asked questions to the team but team has no idea when the dog was ready or whether they made the call or not. Literally first girl thought she was finished with my dog and put her in the cage and left the premises. If I did not call them no one would have called me at all. Even though I spoke to manager no one owned the mistake and everybody blamed somebody who was not in the store. Then I got back home and I carefully look at my dog and technically they did not do much at all. I have gone through full grooming packages which you expect some work done after agreeing paying $135 but they only washed and nail cut and that’s it. Tail no cut, belly no cut, ears or face no touch at all. What is more worst is during this 5 hour time period they did not even offer water for my dog to drink it at all. No toilet break at all. When we came back home from this place my dog literally drank water non stop for 1.5 minutes, no joke! Then she did her business right away. These pet stores should know that they are not just animals they are family members. The behaviour done by the team yesterday was not acceptable at all. I advise people who reads my experience when you go there make sure they take care of your furry friend well. Otherwise they will just put them in the cage!

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED All the staff are very friendly and deeply passionate about the work. I take my dogs to the groomers every 2 months and they always come out happy ;-) . I would highly recommend them and feel all the advice they have given me has been on the right track. 10/10 Paris and Lola xxx I am now using the vet and once again extremely happy.

  My fur babies muffin and chewy have been going to the groomers here for as long as I can remember. One is 14 the other is 12. They treat them so kindly and always do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them for your fur babies also

  Have never had such a great relationship with a store/vet in my lifetime of owning cats and dogs. Kim the manager, couldn't be nicer if she tried, and the staff all seem to share her happy and kind personality. I've never met such a great team that love their job so much and it comes down to how the place is managed.
  The vet Rachael, is by far the best vet we've ever had, her kindness and compassion for animals is the reason she's so amazing, even the vet nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
  I can't recommend this place enough, we will never move far enough away to not use them, and our dogs Thor and Skye and cat Storm feel the same.
